The Adversary - the inner voice inside you that tells you that you will fail, that people are scary, that life is hard, that pain is necessary, that pain is dangerous, that you're not pretty, rich or strong enough, that the past is your destiny.
The Advocate - the voice that reminds you that you have infinite value, that you must life your own life, that no one can really convict you, that each day is a new day.
Beyond that is the ineffable, the IAM, that has no need for such ups and downs and exists only to create whatever you tell it to.
Rise up my friends and observe. In this way, you will break your conditioned responses, you will extinguish the neural connections which have plagued you for so long.
To rise up is not enough. One must maintain radio silence during this part of the trip. Pay attention.
