Onions
Mustard
Olives (though olive oil isn't bad) - the olive thing is probably related to why I hate liver, I get a similar queasiness contemplating either of them.
Garlic I can handle in moderation but too much will make me ill as well.
Things I won't enjoy:
Mushrooms
Most peppers (poblanos and some of the mexican peppers are ok, though I don't like spicy food in general)
That leaves me with almost no common dishes. People put onions in almost everything without thinking about it. And what doesn't have onions has mushrooms. Bleh.
