I had a FANTABULOUS weekend.

Went to Connecticut and hung out with bibble and friends.
Mostly just chilled out, conversation and music and stuff. It was just what I needed.
I learned a lot about how to be me and how I want to re-construct the robot that carries me around.
Bibble has an awesome roommate...

I saw "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang". This movie is highly recommended. It's not about what it's really about, in much the same way that Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance isn't.

Also - the new Robert Pollard album is awesome. "Contain Yourself" indeed.

Also also - the Grant Morrison Doom Patrol contains lots of subtle jabs at other Smart Comics Guys, and they're dead on.

Also also also - bibble can make some ass-kicking music.

Had an excellent weekend. Met a new friend who I am learning things from as I type this. You may grace my couch with your presence anytime. Need to get those ideas going and run with them to wherever they may take you. With any luck I can hop along for the ride and help out in my little way whatever that may be. Everyone should come home to a transvestite on their couch. Makes me think back to my days as a catholic schoolgirl (seriously I used to go to the club like a goth catholic school girl)

hells yeah next time with mushrooms! I'll bring my turntables and other impliments of improvised electronic music and we'll do it up proper. Sorry I didn't get to hang the next day, I had to apply our little gerontology adventure to some actual school-work.

I think we're onto something with our orbital end-of-life-care facility. I still think Alamut is a good name for it.
