It's very annoying when other people try to paint you as unethical because you aren't doing what they want, or you're doing something they don't want you to, and then use that as an excuse to treat you unethically.
Behind this, psychologically, is an assumption of privilege or justified domination.

That somehow not deferring to them is an act of interpersonal failure.
But in my schema of things there is no legitimate pecking order, and I reserve the right to ignore any attempt to pretend there is.

Just saying.

What anarchism means to me:
1. Ignoring the social fiction of "legitimate authority".
2. Let your conscience be your only ruler.

To the extent people do that, there is anarchy.

If anarchy spreads and takes root, a lot of things that seem unthinkable to us will probably happen. First off, the state shields, protects and nourishes sociopathy. This has allowed sociopathy to multiply and take root. In the early days of anarchy there will be a lot of what looks to people raised in statism like crime, as sociopaths and the rest of us go to "war".
People will get killed over certain ethical violations that appear sociopathic. The property of "wealthy" sociopaths will be occupied and expropriated by people. Factories will be overrun by the workers or destroyed. Basically people will rely on their own judgement on these things.
This will also lead to a lot of unjust real crime in the beginning, as the sociopaths probably are a majority in some places. This unfortunately, can't be avoided.
Overall, the net amount of violent crime will be much lower than it is right now, however, if one is an anarchist and considers the actions of "government" agents to be subject to the same rules as everyone else.

Religious fundamentalists get upset when someone not of their religion doesn't act in a way that is sufficiently "respectful" of their religion.

Truly, fuck that.

Listen, I honestly and sincerely DON'T BELIEVE you're right. Get over it. If god wants to punish me, she surely doesn't need your help.
I think your beliefs AREN'T TRUE. And so I feel no need to adhere to them behaviorally.
I don't secretly believe you're correct, and am just willfully trying to undermine you. I really don't believe it, and I don't care about it.
And I don't have to.

That's not attacking your religion, it's just not participating in it.
If you think everyone who doesn't obey your religious rules is attacking your religion, well, then you're a psychopath.
God gave us free will for a reason. You're undermining that reason when you browbeat other people into obeying your nonsense.

Christianity is not "under attack" and neither is Islam.
Their hegemony might be, but if religious hegemony is a necessary part of your religion, then don't be a whiny pussy about it, come right out and say that you don't tolerate any dissent and you're at war with the rest of us. We'll take care of the rest, God willing.
