One reason IMO, is that Obama has some substantive differences with "The Bomber" in regards to foreign policy.
What this suggests to me is that if Hillary gets the nomination, the race is being set up (through the machinations of the media, the DNC, "super-delegates", etc) as another "non-election" like Bush vs. Kerry.
