Every year, I will give 1 millon dollars to a poor person in their 30s on the following conditions:
1. They will attempt to at least triple the initial million
2. They will give 1 million to 2 poor people in their 30s.
3. They will institute the same conditions.
Now, I'm not going to follow them around and try to coerce them into following the conditions, but I will make them sign a contract and solemnly swear to do so.
