Date: 2007-02-14 06:20 pm (UTC)Also, I think it is perfectly natural to go through periods in which one merely tolerates those near to them. At least it is natural for me. Human emotions are tidal in nature, and it is likely that if one sits still through a period of disenchantment with their fellows, warm regards will have an opportunity to resurface at a later date. This happy circumstance cannot occur if one has withdrawn entirely, or at least it is substantially less likely.
Certainly, I have been a trial to my partners' patience from time to time, especially in the last two years of school. I am extremely pleased to have been put up with for so long, as I am now about to enter a period of recouping investments, during which I can handsomely repay such long endurance.
